I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman es una canción de la cantante estadounidense Britney Spears. Fue lanzado el 7 de enero de 2002 a través de Jive Records como el tercer sencillo de su tercer álbum de estudio, Britney.
La canción fue escrita por Dido, con escritura adicional y producción de canciones de Max Martin y Rami Yacoub. La canción de rock suave habla sobre la angustia y el dolor de la pubertad, y Spears la consideró como una inspiración y una de sus favoritas que haya cantado.
